Handpicked, wild fermented with 50% whole bunch 50% destemmed, pressed to seasoned French oak barriques and matured for 9 months.
Deep garnet with ruby hues reveal aromas of spiced red cherry, cedar and forest floor. Medium bodied mouthfeel exposes crunchy red fruits and fine grain tannins that follow through with great length and delicate herbal characters.
