Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed to French oak. It’s wild fermentation includes 9 months in oak on lees and one month in the tank. It’s partial Malo lactic fermentation ensures a smooth mouthfeel. The white gold colour presents aromas of pear and wild flowers, lined with a subtly spicy edge. The resulting taste is focused and dynamic filled with green apple fruits.
